What is Freeze Dry Technology?

Freeze Dry is an advanced technology that means freeze drying. The moisture content of the dried foods changes directly from solid to gaseous state without going into liquid state by sublimation so that the original sizes and shapes of freeze-dried foods remain the same. Removing the water in the food also prevents the product from spoiling at room temperature, so you have a long-lasting product without the need for any additives.
